Eine Installation von Software ist zum Betrieb dieser Geräte nicht erforderlich. Der Zugriff auf die deutschsprachige Webschnittstelle erfolgt per Internet Browser. Neben handelsüblichen PC`s oder Notebooks, werden auch Tablets und Smartphones unterstützt. Ein eingebauter Assistent unterstützt den Anwender bei der Einrichtung.

Jedes Überwachungsgerät bietet Eingänge für den Anschluss potentialfreier Kontakte von Anlagen und Geräten der Kälte- und Klimatechnik. Per Zweidraht Kabel werden die Störmelder der Klimanlage mit dem webbasierten Überwachungsgerät verbunden. Danach wird ganz einfach die gewünschte Benachrichtigungs- und Alarmfunktion bei Störung der Klimaanlage ausgewählt.

Jedes Überwachungsgerät kann per E-Mail und SMS (via LTE-/GSM- Modem bzw. E-Mail to SMS Gateway) benachrichtigen und alarmieren. Per Relaisschaltung werden auf Wunsch Meldungen an die Gebäudetechnik weitergeleitet. Auch Alarmsirenen können bei Problemen mit der Klimatisierung geschaltet werden. Sofern eine SNMP kompatible Automations- oder Gebäudeüberwachungssoftware eingesetzt wird, kann das Überwachungsgerät zusätzlich auch sog. SNMP Traps verschicken. Der Schaltzustand der Trockenkontakte (offen/geschlossen) kann auch per SNMP Befehl über IP-Netzwerk oder Internet abgefragt werden.

Kontrolle der Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit

Zusätzlich zur Internet Anbindung von vorhandenen Klimaanlagen, kann jedes Überwachungssystem mit intelligenten Sensoren ausgestattet werden. Mit dem im Lieferumfang bereits enthaltenen Temperatursensor kann die von der Klimaanlage erzeugte Raumtemperatur gemessen und überwacht werden. Der werkseitig kalibierte Sensor kann per RJ11 Kabel bis zu 100 Meter entfernt vom Überwachungsgerät installiert werden. Die in Echtzeit gemessene Temperatur wird im Datenlogger gespeichert. Die Temperaturaufzeichnung kann direkt im Webinterface visualisiert dargestellt werden. Für Checklisten und Berichte rund um die Überwachung von Klimaanlagen, können die Messdaten ganz bequem exportiert und z.B. mit Microsoft Excel bearbeitet werden.

Kritische Sensorzustände, man denke an Übertemperatur oder kritische Luftfeuchtigkeit usw., können vom Überwachungssystem ebenfalls per SNMP, E-Mail oder SMS* gemeldet werden.
