Die neue Produktfamilie SDRAM ist optimiert für den Consumer/Industrie/Kommunikations und Medizinbereich, wo eine hohe Memory Bandbreite benötigt wird. Teilweise kommen diese auch in High Performance PC Applikationen zum Einsatz.
Alle Alliance SDRAMs sind x16 organisiert / bleifrei & halogenfrei mit 3.3V im 54-pin TSOPII.
