For those living in San Diego who think that the idea of freshly brewed, unique tasting and heavenly smelling beer is exciting, Brew it Yourself is the new place to visit. B.I.Y is a San Diego start up „Brew on Premises“ company, which is kick starting its launch at Helm’s Brewing Co., in Kearny Mesa, CA with a free party.
Brew it Yourself is owned and operated by San Diego native newly-weds who home brew as a hobby. This is a facility where interested brewers can come and brew their own beer using B.I.Y’s equipment and ingredients. Not only is this a great way to save money by eliminating the need to invest in expensive equipment, it works as a great opportunity to also receive expert instruction and guidance from professional brewers. That means that anyone can learn to brew their own beer now, and those who want to learn can get a short course and bring along their friends to make a fun event out of it.
Currently, Brew it Yourself accepts single parties, groups of people, parties like bachelor parties, birthday parties, corporate events and more. They are also happy to work with their client in order to help them design a custom beer for their next event, for example a wedding reception or a product launch. “There are so many people who are big fans of freshly brewed beer as opposed to bottled beer and think ‘It must be real hard to do that. But if wish the flavour could be customized to my liking’. If you are one of those people, then B.I.Y is the answer for you! Come over and we will teach you how simple it is to brew your own beer and let you customize the taste to your personal liking. Now that’s not something you’d find anywhere else!” states the owner.
Their official launch party at Helm’s Brewing Co., in Kearny Mesa, is already making waves. Hundreds of invitations have been accepted as they welcome everyone – youngsters, elderly, children and dogs to come have some fun, while they host a free brewing demo to get the party started.
