Lauterhofen – In gewohnt herzlicher und lockerer Atmosphäre wurde vergangenen Samstag die ORANGE Golfsaison unter dem Motto „Landliebe“ im GC Lauterhofen eröffnet. Die Teilnehmer trotzten allen Wetterbedingungen und ließen sich die Laune von Sonne, Schwüle, Gewitter und starken Regenfällen nicht verderben.

Bei blauem Himmel starteten die Teilnehmer in die ORANGE Golfsaison am 9. Juni 2018 in Lauterhofen in der Oberpfalz. Unter dem Motto „Landliebe“ wurden die Golfer mit einem Weißwurst-Frühstück begrüßt und gingen gestärkt und unter besten Voraussetzungen in den ORANGEN Golftag.

Im Laufe des Tages entschied der Sommer eine kurze Pause einzulegen und zwang das Turnier zu einer gut 1,5-stündigen Unterbrechung, was der guten Laune bei den Teilnehmern jedoch keinen Abbruch tat. Im Gegenteil: in den Schutzhütten war für eine ausreichende Verpflegung gesorgt und so nutzten die Spieler die Zeit für anregende Gespräche und ein besseres Kennenlernen der Flight-Partner. Der Landwirtschaft und dem Platz tat der Regen gut – somit war die Landliebe wieder mit am Start.

Der ORANGE CUP ist bekannt für seine Liebe zum Detail und den kleinen Überraschungen auf und neben dem Platz. So wurde passend zum Motto „Landliebe“ das Konzept von „sternenfair“ eingebunden – eine Initiative der MVS Milchvermarktungs-GmbH, entwickelt von Milchbauern, Vertretern von Imker-Verbänden, Bund Naturschutz und Verbraucherzentrale. Diese haben sogar eine Deko-Kuh angeliefert, die tapfer im Regen stand und darauf wartete, gemolken zu werden.

Die Sonne kam zwar nicht wieder, Regen und Gewitter beruhigten sich aber und das Turnier konnte – mit wenigen Abstrichen – zu Ende gespielt werden. So freuten sich am Abend die Sieger über hochwertige Preise der Partner und Sponsoren.

Unter anderem freuten sich die Bruttosieger Christiane Deißler und Frank Dörr über eine Küchenmaschine von AEG, die jeweils ersten Nettosieger der drei Siegerklassen Manfred Doese, Reiner Utz und Achim Weniger über ein Jahresabo Blumensträuße von Schultheiß Wohnbau AG. Die zweiten Nettosieger Claudia Eibl, Christian Kosak und Herbert R. Baumgärtel bekamen einen Gemüsekorb vom UnternehmerClub ORANGE und die dritten Nettosieger Thomas Gröne, Sabino Bratta und Uwe Hammann jeweils ein Geschenkset von Rituals Cosmetics.

In den Sonderwertungen Nearest to the Pin lagen Manfred Doese bei den Herren und Christiane Deißler bei den Damen vorne und nahmen jeweils einen Bürostuhl von ORIGINAL STEIFENSAND mit nach Hause. Den Longest Drive erzielten Peter Pantel und Dana Speck und wurden mit jeweils zwei Karten zum Hopfenpflücker Festival von der Landbrauerei Pyraser belohnt.

Unter allen Spielern, die aufgrund der Wetterbedingungen das Turnier nicht zu Ende spielen konnten, zog Glücksfee und langjähriger Partner Hans-Jürgen Löwl, VBC, die Scorekarte von Norbert Quatro aus dem Lostopf, der somit beim nächsten UnternehmerKOCHEN des UnternehmerClub ORANGE kostenfrei teilnehmen darf.

Zum Abschluss wurde die schönste Tracht prämiert: Thomas Cawi, der bereits das Turnier in Lederhose bestritt, ging als unangefochtener Favorit ins Rennen. Bei den Damen fiel dem Publikum die Entscheidung sehr schwer, sodass keine eindeutige Gewinnerin ermittelt werden konnte. So durften sich alle über ein großes Lebkuchenherz freuen.
