(pressebox) Wessling, 10.05.2011 – Electronic and modular concept have been reworked. Based on the positive feedback from the users also new features have been requested. These requests have been implemented into COBRA Slim. Additionally to the already flexible light forming options as micro lenses, mirrors, diffusers and coaxial setups can form the light from 365 nm to 1550 nm, including white, according to the needs.
The electronic offers next to always included analogue dimmer a optional ethernet interface which provides a module based control and monitoring function. The strobe function, on request, enables new scenarios for complex machine vision tasks for line scan applications.
With the wide range of functions and the modular concept the COBRA Slim offers all possibilities to solve the tasks in paper-, steel-, textile-, solar-, print-, and glass- industries among others efficiently and above expectations of the end user.
