Agreement Will Expand Access to the Small and Medium Sized Business Market via VARs and System Integrators
IRVINE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Kofax plc (LSE: KFX), the leading provider of document driven business process automation solutions, today announced a distribution agreement with D H Distributing (D H), a major North American distributor of computer and consumer electronics products. Through the new agreement, D H will resell Kofax Express and Kofax VirtualReScan (VRS) Elite software to value added resellers (VARs) and system integrators throughout the United States and Canada as part of its content management solution offerings to small and medium sized businesses (SMB).
D H will leverage Kofax Express, an all in one, scan-to-archive software product for imaging applications, and Kofax VRS Elite, patented image enhancement software, to capture and deliver documents into its Microsoft SharePoint and Small Business Server content management solutions offered to its VARs and system integrators focused on serving the SMB market.
