(Radolfzell – 4.3.2016) Colfax Fluid Handling, ein Bereich der Colfax Corporation (NYSE: CFX), stellt auf der IFAT (Halle A6, Stand 139/238) die komplette Produktlinie seiner Allweiler Abwasserlösungen vor. Diese reicht von Mazeratoren und Schlauchpumpen über Exzenterschneckenpumpen bis hin zu Kreisel- und Propellerpumpen in verschiedenen Größen. Speziell für abrasive Medien werden der neu entwickelte Alldur-Stator und die All-Optiflow-Pumpe von Allweiler gezeigt.

Allweiler stellt als Systemlieferant seit mehr als 60 Jahren weltweit Lösungen für die Abwasserförderung in Klärwerken bereit. „Dies ermöglicht den Betreibern der Anlagen, alle Pumpen aus einer Hand zu beziehen und so die Lagerhaltung der Ersatzteile zu vereinfachen und alle Komponenten optimal aufeinander abzustimmen“, so Gunter Connert, Vertriebsleiter Deutschland. Das Angebot der Exzenterschneckenpumpen reicht dabei von der kleinen Dosierpumpe für Flockungsmittel bis zur mehrstufigen Faulschlamm-Austragspumpe, die auch Schlämme mit über 40 % Trockensubstanz über große Distanzen und Höhen problemlos fordert.

Universell einsetzbar ist dabei die neue All-Optiflow-Baureihe. Sie zeichnet sich durch eine sehr hohe Energieeffizienz aus. Ihre Fördermenge ist bis zu zwei Mal höher als die herkömmlicher Pumpen. All-Optiflow-Pumpen sind für nahezu alle Flüssigkeiten geeignet, auch wenn diese Faser- und Feststoffe enthalten. Zusammen mit den neuen Alldur-Statoren erreichen diese Pumpen auch bei besonders chemisch und physikalisch aggressiven Medien eine im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen Pumpen bis dreifach längere Betriebszeit, ohne dass Verschleißteile ersetzt werden müssen.

Spezielle Pumpentypen runden das Angebot für Kläranlagen ab. Stark feststoff- oder faserbelastete Medien werden mit den gezeigten Mazeratoren pumpfähig. Schlauchpumpen können sowohl als Dosierpumpen als auch zur Förderung von Medien mit Fremdkörpern verwendet werden. Für die Förderung großer Mengen wie zur Rezirkulation sind die gezeigten Propellerpumpen ideal.
