Er ist ein zuverlässiger Begleiter für die Kennzeichnung von Produkt-, Leitungs- und Kabelkennzeichnungen für jeden Tag, auf Jahre hinaus.

Der Brady BMP61 ist ein tragbarer Thermotransfer-Etikettendrucker und ermöglicht eine einfache und effiziente Kennzeichnung von Kabeln, Leitungen, Bauteilen und Produkten. Der Etikettendrucker BMP61 bedruckt hochwertige Materialien, die sich für äußerst anspruchsvolle Anwendungen in der Industrie eignen. Damit ist dieser Drucker stets ein zuverlässiger Begleiter.

Der robuste Brady BMP61 Etikettendrucker ist standardmäßig mit einem Farb-Touchscreen mit Bildschirmanzeigen, Tastatur und Menütasten erhältlich und mit einem robusten Gummi-Stoßschutz ausgerüstet. Bedruckt werden vorgestanzte Etiketten oder Endlosetikettenbänder sowie Etiketten in Großpackungen mit maximaler Druckbreite von 50,8 mm, die bei dem bekannten Brady-Distributor MAKRO IDENT ebenso erhältlich sind, wie auch die zum jeweiligen Etikettenmaterial passenden Farbbänder und der BMP61 Drucker selbst.

Neben der Standard-Druckervariante gibt es den Brady BMP61 auch in einer Ausführung mit WLAN-Funktion, die mit der Etiketten-Software Brady-Workstation PWID-Suite zur Etikettenerstellung und den weitere Software-Applikationen kompatibel sind. So ist es möglich, auch mit einem Smartphone Etikettenentwürfe zu erstellen, diese an den BMP61 Etikettendrucker zu senden und äußerst schnell und einfach Etiketten direkt vor Ort zu erstellen und auszudrucken. Das WLAN-Modell mit der Software ist optional erhältlich.

USB-Anschlüsse sind am BMP61 ebenfalls vorhanden, um zum Beispiel große Listen von Etikettenentwürfen von einem PC zu kopieren und auf dem BMP61 drucken zu können. Vor dem Drucken kann das gewünschte Etiketten auf dem Bildschirm überprüft werden, um Fehldrucke und Materialverschwendung zu vermeiden. Anhand der Bildschirmanzeigen kann der Anwender feststellen, ob noch genügend Druckfarbe und Etiketten für seinen Druck vorhanden sind.

Mehr als 900 hochwertige vorgestanzte Etiketten, Endlosetikettenbänder und Farbbänder sind für den Brady BMP61 erhältlich. Etiketten bzw. Etiketten-Endlosbänder sind verfügbar ab einer Breite von 4,50 mm bis maximal 50,8 mm, in verschiedenen Längen. Jede Kombination bietet eine beständige Kennzeichnungslösung, mit der Kabel, Leitungen, Bauteile oder Produkte auch unter extremen industriellen Bedingungen zuverlässig gekennzeichnet werden können.

Erhältlich sind bei MAKRO IDENT alle Komponenten für den BMP61, wie auch der Drucker mit dem passende Zubehör. Unter den erhältlichen Kennzeichnungsmaterialien befinden sich unter anderem Schrumpfschläuche, selbstlaminierende Etiketten, Anhänger, Typenschilder und andere Materialien in verschiedenen Größen und Farben.

Der Brady BMP61 Etikettendrucker hat den lange Jahre erhältlichen Brady-Drucker TLS2200 abgelöst. Im Vergleich zum alten TLS2200 Modell übersteht der neue BMP61 einen Fall aus 1,20 Metern Höhe, verfügt über ein hintergrundbeleuchtetes Farb-Touchscreen, wahlweise mit verschiedenen Tastaturvarianten (QWERTZ, QWERTY, AZERTY und kiryllisch. Der BMP61 hat zudem eine bessere Druckauflösung mit 300 dpi und eine höhere Druckgeschwindigkeit. Geliefert wird der BMP61 im Set mit Tragegurt, Magnet, Schnelladegerät für den integrierten Akku, einem Reinigungsset, Netzteil und Netzkabel, verpackt in einem Hartschalenkoffer, damit der Etikettendrucker immer geschützt ist und überall mit hingenommen werden kann.
